Chapel St. Leonards

Our Caravan site is opposite Carp fishing lakes, one of many within the area. We are within walking distance to Chapel's excellent beaches and abundance of shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and other forms of entertainment. We are on the main bus route in and out of the Village. So visitors are only a bus ride away is the famous Skegness. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of this busy seaside village with its Carnival in the Summer. 




1. Please centre caravan on pitch peg (as displayed)
2. Grey waste/Drinking water points can be found on map.
3. Elson chemical waste point is at back of buildings near the toilet block. Please use green chemical.

The key fob is used for both barriers and accessing the toilet/shower block. For barriers please show the fob to black pad on top of blue post located aprox 5 metres from barrier arm on right side. For toilet block please show to black pad located on left of toilet door, to exit toilets please press the door release (white switch) located to right of door.

At time of departure from the site please place fob in post box at the exit of site. Thank you.

Goodwin Caravan Park

is to found on Trunch Lane opposite Water Meadows Carp Fishery on the edge of Chapel St. Leonards near Skegness in Lincolnshire.

Located in rural settings on the edge of the small, yet busy seaside village of Chapel St Leonards, between Skegness and Mablethorpe. The site is opposite Carp fishing lakes one of many within the area. We are within walking distance to Chapel St Leonards' excellent beaches and abundance of shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and other forms of entertainment. Only a bus ride away is the famous Skegness, enjoy the hustle and bustle of this busy seaside town with its bowling greens, boating lakes, amusement parks and ornamental gardens, and from July the illuminations.

Site Rules: Goodwin Caravan Park 


  1. No visitors cars on site. Strictly one car per pitch. For alternative parking please enquire at reception within opening hours. The key fob is registered to you personally and is for your access only to the toilet block and barriers. You may be held responsible for allowing access to others.
  2. Visitors to the site are the responsibility of the caravan owner. Please ensure that visitors
    behave in an orderly manner and do not disrupt other owners.
  3. Sorry no ball games or kites are allowed on site.
  4. Breathable ground sheets only for awning, only one annexe per pitch. Sorry no gazebo's.
  5. No disposable barbeques, barbeques must be at least 18" from the ground and away from planting.
  6. Keep your speed to a maximum of 5mph. If you are not in 1st gear you are driving to fast. This includes bicycles. Please ensure your children adhere to this rule.
  7. All rubbish should be in a plastic bag and placed in the bins around the site. Strictly no electrical appliances awnings, carpets or furniture etc to be put in the bin. Please take it home and dispose of at your local recycling centre. If in doubt please enquire at the reception.
  8. Consider other visitors at all times. Noise level must be kept to a minimum, especially after 11pm.
  9. All none residents wishing to visit must be reported to the reception before arrival.
  10. We do not accept commercial vehicles on site.
  11. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on site. Dogs must be exercised off site. Any accidental
    fouling is to be cleaned up and placed in the dog poo bins provided.
  12. Do not leave heaters on, unattended in your awning. This is a fire hazard.

Why not enjoy the full season here with us at Goodwin Park. Having the full advantage of being able to come and go as you please, remove the hassle of towing your caravan and reduce the cost of fuel. If you consider holidaying with us on a regular basis this may be benificial to you. Pitches are available from March to October at an outstanding discounted rate. Winter Storage is for seasonal pitch holders only.

Our prices are based on a one night stay and includes 2 adult, 2 children and 1 car. Prices included both electric, water and full use of site facilities. Showers are free.

PITCHES All pitches are Hard Standing with services.

Dogs must be exercised off site. Any accidential fouling is to be cleaned up and placed in bins provided.
REMEMBER, loose dogs and their mess are a major hazard to childrens health and safety.


For bookings, availability and all enquiries please contact the reception on 01754873930 during office hours. A £20.00 non refundable deposit is payable at time of booking.

Arrival time is between 12 noon and 4pm.

Departure time is 11.00am. We offer a late stay (up to 6pm) if pitch is available on departure date. Please check with office.
