Holiday Home Information
Thank you for enquiring about the costing of siting a holiday home at Goodwin Park.
Here at Goodwin Park we offer you a family run park. The plots have private parking with room for 2 cars. The park is gated entry and exit with 24hr CCTV, so you can relax with piece of mind that you have maximum security. Goodwin Park has a real friendly atmosphere, a real home from home.
We only have a small number of sale holiday homes on site but, we have a wide range available to us and can find any to suit your needs. We can offer deals tailor made for you. We offer finance* (*UK residents 18+, subject to status).
All plots are fully serviced for water, sewers and 32amp electric. The annual ground rent is £2200.00 payable by 31st January to the reception for the forthcoming season.
The charges include all general and water rates, sewerage charges and VAT. The costing does not include insurance and Calor gas bottle replacements. The electricity supply is individually metered and your account will be prepared late June and again at the end of the season.
Our season runs 1st March to 1st December.
